Program scope
Helixlorne, a brand of The Nelson M Group LLC, operates Helixlorne Registry cross-references.
Helixlorne: Reading a trial registry identifier; Recognizing an amendment history. INFORMATIONAL texts share requested guides; MARKETING/PROMOTIONAL texts introduce new articles only with separate consent. Website self-enrollment uses optional unchecked SMS consent. Frequency varies, up to 8 messages/month total. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data.
Optional enrollment
The web enrollment route is https://helixlorne.com/get-started.html. Visitors choose a topic and may separately select the optional informational box, promotional box, both or neither.
Text START to join will be available after a dedicated Trackly sending number is assigned and activated. Helixlorne support line 866-386-2404 is support/contact only, not the Trackly SMS sender.
Consent is not a condition of purchase or requesting information. The program is intended for U.S. numbers only. Enrollment is subject to program activation and acceptance.
Frequency and message costs
Message frequency may vary, up to 8 messages/month total across all categories. Message and data rates may apply.
The limit is combined across all selected categories, not eight per category. This per-person limit is not an aggregate account-volume allowance.
Stopping and restarting
Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT to opt out. Replying STOP ends your enrollment in Helixlorne Registry cross-references, which covers both informational and promotional texts if you opted in to both. After opt-out, no more messages will be sent. Reply START to opt back in once the route is active.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, except as necessary to provide text messaging services (e.g., aggregators or telecom providers).
